He’s a CSIA-certified sweep with level-2 inspection training and twelve years of hands-on experience in the Greater Boston market. He’s worked with DuraFlex liner systems and HeatShield resurfacing products enough to know their limits and their proper applications.
What separates Russell from a franchise technician sent from a dispatch center is simple: he’s the one who answers for the work. He trains every sweep who works under this branch’s name. He reviews the photo reports before they go to customers. On weekends, you’ll find him restoring a 1968 Boston Whaler in his garage in Belmont, a project that’s taught him more about patience and doing it twice if necessary than any certification course.
